Description :

Ground Floor

• The entrance hall leads to a corridor serving two lounges.
• In the ochre lounge, a sofa and armchairs are there to tempt you into a moment of quietude by a stove that’s functional depending on the season.
• The “fleur de lin” lounge also has a convertible sofa, if required, and will perhaps lead you to a moment of rest.
• Continuing on is the living room, with direct access to the fully-equipped kitchen.

Weather permitting, you can enjoy lunch on the terrace and take full advantage of the superb Puisaye Forterre landscape ! The terrace is misted according to the season.

First Floor

• A mezzanine with sofa bed is ideal for a relaxation area.
• There are 4 bedrooms: 2 with 140cm beds, one with a cot – 1 with a queen-size bed – 1 with two bunk beds.
• The bathroom with toilet and washing machine/dryer area completes the first floor.

Garden level

Access to the garden level is from the outside.

• A ping-pong room is available for your use.
• A vaulted cellar has been converted into a living room, where you can enjoy a meal in the heat of the day.
• You’ll also find 2 hammocks for a refreshing siesta.

The kitchen is an extension of this room.
